Cyber Security Capture the Flag competition
Are you ready to test your cybersecurity skills?
The Hampton Roads Women in Technology group is hosting a CyberSecurity Capture the Flag competition for women (mothers and daughters are welcome too). No previous experience is required - just a desire to learn and the ability to search for clues on the internet. You will need to research (Google) the topic and then solve the challenges which are worth a variety of points.
Compete against other women to see who can claim bragging rights to the top spots! This event is virtual, casual and fun! Everyone will compete individually but feel free to bring your daughters to either help you or compete against you.
Signups are limited to 100 spots so register early!

2:45 pm - 3:00 pm - Participants can get signed on and test their connections
3:00 pm - 3:05 pm - Brief overview of the competition
3:05 pm - 5:00 pm - CONTEST BEGINS - Online Capture the Flag competition
5:00 pm - 5:05 pm – Winners are announced!
5:05 pm - 6:00 pm - Feel free to stick around and ask the experts the answers to the tough questions and share some virtual social time with the other participants. Cocktails are optional!
