Description
Yonge + St. Clair's Rooftop Wellness Series is back for 2021! This event series is designed to refresh and recharge your mind, body and soul. From August to September, instructional sessions will be led by local wellness professionals every Tuesday from 7am – 8am on the rooftop of 40 St. Clair W. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the downtown skyline from atop a high-rise building and practice healthy living from a range of wellness disciplines.
Cost: $5.00 CAD. 100% of all proceeds will go directly to the instructor / wellness establishment.
Health & Safety: COVID-19 prevention, including health and safety precautions and guidelines will be in full effect.

Yoga Flow Class by Oxygen Yoga and Fitness St. Clair
Oxygen Yoga & Fitness is an all Canadian Franchise with over 70 locations across the country. The Yonge + St. Clair location is only the 3rd in Toronto! Oxygen Yoga & Fitness instructors are highly trained in Yoga and Fitness - and it's the place where everyone can feel welcome!
What to Bring
Health and safety measures will be in effect, wear a face mask when indoors on premise.
Bring your own yoga / fitness mat, towel and water.
Limited quantities of bottled water will be available.
Wear comfortable workout clothing.
Washrooms are available on site and can be used to change, but are not traditional change-room facilities. Shower facilities are not available.
Where to Go
Enter through the main doors of 40 St. Clair W on the north side of St. Clair Avenue. Doors open at 6:45 AM. Follow the signs and take the elevator to the 14th floor, and up a flight of stairs. Event staff will be there to greet you and guide you to the rooftop.
Safety
You will be required to sign a waiver and quick health check survey prior to entering the rooftop for this class. Follow all signage and directions from event staff. Please be advised that this is taking place on a high rooftop - those with a fear of heights are not recommended to take part. Although there is a secure retaining wall surrounding the roof, no safety equipment is provided and attendees are reminded to stay away from the rooftop edges. A working Alveole honeybee hive is also located on the rooftop, which provides honey for the building's tenants. The bees are harmless but should not be disturbed, so please be reminded to stay away from the hive. Those with any bee or related allergies should not participate in this class.
Photography
When you attend this event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.
Weather Cancellations
In the event of inclement weather, the class will be cancelled and all registrants will be notified a day in advance. Registrants will be invited first-in-line to a replacement class to be held at the earliest available date for the instructor.
Cancelling Your Reservation
Due to the demand and popularity of this event series, if for any reason you can't attend your reserved class and and time, we encourage you to cancel / or transfer your reservation to a friend so another guest can attend. To do this, click Your Profile Name > My Tickets > Scroll down to your ticket > Click More Info > Choose to Cancel Order or Transfer Ticket.
