YUMNA is a platform that creates meaningful moments for Muslim women. Sharing knowledge and exploring our diverse relationships to 'faith' are central to these moments. We start from community, curiosity and reflection. Recently we have organized walks, an iftar and various meetings around finding 'a spiritual home'. Our vision is to build a sustainable and intergenerational ecosystem in which Muslim women can deepen their relationship with themselves and God in countless loving ways.
I can’t see it but I trust it
In the open call ''I can't see it but I trust it'' Yumna has invited their community to explore glimpses and signs of what faith means to them through images. That may sound contradictory - and that is precisely what Yumna wants to touch on. That glimpse can consist of people, experiences, places, verses or your environment. On the 20th of April Yumna will host a gathering and meal at Leeszaal West during which the work of the chosen open call participants will be presented.
