Jeffrey Jordan is a social entrepreneur who has spent the last 15 years building a brand development business in the health & wellness industry. In addition to his past business interests, Mr. Jordan established The Goodworx Foundation in 2005, a non-profit organization that provided mentoring & educational services to children & young adults. His non-profit organization focused on life-skills & mentoring and developed specific programming focused on nutrition and healthy lifestyles for children and their families.
In 2011, Mr. Jordan became a certified health & nutrition counselor. He founded Nourished Life Design, a holistic health, wellness, & life-coaching company with a concentration on the development and balance of the Mind, Body, & Spirit. His online training program, The Mind, Body, Spirit Transformation MasterClass was launched in 2015 and his Podcast "A Nourished Life: Transformational tales from across the world" will launch later this year.
He is currently working on designing an enrichment curriculum focused on holistic youth development as well as a blended youth mentoring program. Both programs are set to launch early in 2017.
Jeffrey is a National speaker with a unique platform inspiring educators and youth program staff to look at a holistic approach to youth development. His mission is to inspire an awareness of the Mind, Body, & Spirit balance to individual, family, student, as well as staff, programming.

Rayshawna Fraser Serial Entrepreneur, Philanthropist and Empowerment Speaker
Harlem, New York-native Rayshawna Fraser is Founder & President, GLAAM Inc., fashion apparel and Jewelry Company. Fraser began her foray into fashion as an apprentice to luxury boutique owner Rose Cordon at the tender age of 17. This experience exposed her to high-end luxury labels Versace, Prada, Fendi and Gucci to name a few. Gradually she became very well versed of each designer’s cut, look and fit. She honed in on her talent to match designer with clients needs and began styling for celebrities such as Mary J Blige, DMX, and rapper, Old Dirty Bastard. Thereafter she began to travel abroad to Italy to source trends and select seasonal collections as an Assistant Buyer to Apollo Express boutique. Her pedigree in fashion developed an ability to spot trends, buy revenue generating collections and evolve a unique sense of personal style.
Fraser has enjoyed many successes including the role of Assistant Casting Director. She was hired by casting director Winsome Sinclair as head of scouting talent. From music video projects to feature films, Fraser’s keen sense of selecting talent was seen in Mary J. Blige’s “Let’s Get It Pumpin” and “No More Drama”; Alicia Keys’ “A Woman’s Worth” and “Fallen”; and projects featuring Yolanda Adams. Her movie credits include, “G” produced by Andrew Lauren starring Blair Underwood; “The 25th Hour” starring Ed Norton and Al Pacino; “Honey” starring Sanai Lathan and Tye Diggs; and “The Fast and the Furious II” directed by John Singleton featuring Tyrese Gibson.
Today, Fraser enjoys her corporate career and now sources manufacturers to produce her many collections, GLAAM, GLAAMballa accessories and Savvy Swapz ™. She believes in a holistic approach to business, not only concerned with the bottom line but also her community at-large. She donates her time, talent and treasure to many organizations including, Survival of the Children Foundation, Youth at Risk and DLJ Give to Live/Jersey City Fashion Week. The blend of business and community is at the core of her company’s business model which is summed up by its’ acronym, GLAAM, God Loves All And Me.

As a young girl Sophia was always interested in all aspects of beauty, in which Sophia would create bold accessories using small trinkets from around her home. She would also wear dramatic make up and create over the top hairstyles. So it came as no surprise that she would become a master hairstylist. Sophia went on to continued her education by attending Dudley’s Cosmetology University for Advanced Training, The Paul Mitchell School and The Redken Exchange for advanced training. After being formally trained and licensed in various techniques of hair design, Sophia went on to mastered her skills by working at various salons throughout the tri -state area of New York and New Jersey. Always evolving, Sophia recently stepped into the natural hair realm and began training to become a certified Sisterlocks technician. Today, Sophia has become a true purveyor of beauty and all aspects of beautification and has taken her original techniques and creative hairstyles to Avoni Hair Services.
