Join us as we celebrate the house that started a movement! Kevin Guest House turns 44 this year and we want you to join in the fun. This free event features tours of our growing campus, remarks from founding family member Tom Garvey, a toast to our Heart Award winners, and drinks and hors d'oeuvres in the beautiful Healing Garden. Admission is free, and the entire family is welcome! Heart Award WinnersWeekly house and garden volunteers Kathy Fassl and Diane Smith provide the woman power to keep the campus looking beautiful. Their hard work in the garden makes our guests stay feel truly special, giving them a beautiful respite to clear their mind after a long day in the hospital. These ladies do it all, from hauling dirt and mulch, and pruning flowers; to house chores like cleaning guest rooms and apartments; and projects like decluttering and taking inventory of the kitchen. Kathy and Diane always make sure our guests are cared for through their hard work. Eagle Scout recipient Zachary Toner earned the highest honor bestowed on a Boy Scout through his hard work at Kevin Guest House. Undertaking the renovation of Main House guest room #14, this single bed room looks better than ever! Enlisting the help of friends and family, Zachary spent two weeks refinishing the stairway and landing to the third floor, and bedroom floor and woodwork; patched holes and painted walls; and installed new window molding. His hard work ensures our guests are comfortable in their home away from home. Event DetailsFree parking is available in the Buffalo Medical Group lot across the street from Kevin Guest House.
