Northampton Saints Spring Masterclasses (Under 12's+) at cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens. At Northampton Saints, we aim to nurture and encourage young talent and through our Rugby Camps programmes we: CHALLENGE young people to set lofty goals and build up their skills to achieve them. PROVIDE an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. HELP young people to develop skills on and off the pitch. IMPROVE critical skills, such as leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork. Explore the Northampton Saints masterclasses, a dynamic and concise learning opportunity! All games and exercises are linked to the academy and senior player sessions. These Clinics are designed to develop the players techniques in a challenging but nurturing environment. Our Attacking Clinics are focused at players Under 12's+ for both boys and girls. The following masterclass themes are available this Spring: Kicking Masterclass (Monday 13th January 2025) - Develop the players individual closed skills in grubber, punt, and place kicking whilst progressively adapting them to live open game scenarios. Tackle & Breakdown Masterclass (Monday 10th February 2025) - Enhance your skills within the following areas; Tackle Technique, Ball into Contact, Clear-out & Jackal. Attack Masterclass (Monday 10th March 2025) - Explore all the fundamental skills required to develop your attacking game. Across these Clinics you can expect to work on decision making, catch & pass, go forward & support as well as changing in running lines Half Backs Masterclass (Monday 28th April 2025) - You will cover the skills from passing to kicking for these specific positions which will give you the tips and help you need to develop your individual game. Scrummaging Masterclass (Monday 28th April 2025) - This Clinic will focus on body positions, binding and timing at a scrum.
