S4x25 Conference is Feb 11 - 13 in Tampa. Pre-event training is Feb 9 - 10. S4x25 is the OT & ICS Security Event for the advanced professional, the early adopter, those who want to help Create The Future. 3 days (Feb 11 - 13), 3 stages, 1000+ of the best in world talent, and lots of fun. Tax-Exempt Tickets Organizations that qualify for tax-exempt status should send their tax-exempt certificate to info@s4xevents.com and request the tax-exempt access key. This access key will unlock tax-exempt ticket options. Women In ICS Security Scholarship Tickets There will be ten scholarship tickets for women in ICS security. This will include a $1,500 travel stipend. Details on how to apply for a scholarship ticket will be provided in September, 2024. Booking Protect Option The Booking Protect option available at checkout is a Ticketmaster offering. S4 Events Inc. has nothing to do with this option. Please read the terms and conditions carefully to understand what it does and doesn't cover prior to purchasing the Booking Protect option. Cancellation Policy The S4x25 cancellation policy is as follows: If S4x25 is cancelled or no longer an in person event, a full refund will be provided. If government travel policies prevent travel from your location to Tampa, FL, a full refund will be provided. A 90% refund will be provided for any cancellation requests prior to December 11th, 2024 (two months prior to the event). A 50% refund will be provided for any cancellation request prior to January 11th, 2025 (one month prior to the event). Attendee names can be changed at any time if a colleague will attend in your place.
