Q: When will I receive the limited-edition Slipknot-style mask designed and SIGNED by Clown* A: This will be provided to you at the venue – The Haunt, when you arrive! Q: How late will the travel excursion go? A: The travel excursion is to start in the afternoon or evening and will go until late. Exact timings will be confirmed with you in the information mailer you receive 3-5 days prior to the event. Q: Is travel included in the excursion? A: Travel is not included in the excursion. You will need to ensure you are at the venue at the time relayed in your information mailer. You will receive this 3-5 days prior to the event. Age restrictions may apply. All package purchasers will be contacted 3-5 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time and instructions on where to pick up package inclusions. Merchandise items included in your package will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show at the designated VIP check in location (or other designated location). You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order will be turned away.
