We're seeking an ambitious, bright, and self-driven individual to join our Client Services team. This role will be responsible for working with some of our highest grossing clients, developing relationships, and helping them execute events flawlessly. You'll be assisting clients from onboarding through to post-event wrap-up and everything in between, you will help them set-up the event in the optimal format, and ensure they are utilizing Universe features to their full capacity.
Working closely with our B2B Marketing and Sales teams, you will help craft and tell the Universe story to thousands of clients and prospects, as our team expands to support a global clientele. In this role, you will assist with researching our competitive landscape and distilling our product narrative into compelling sales collateral and content across our B2B channels. Throughout this process, you will have opportunities to collaborate with wider, cross-functional teams at Ticketmaster and learn more about the live event industry, including the specific segments we operate in.
As a Lead Software Developer at Universe, you will apply your passion for technology and live entertainment to build a world-class ticketing platform. In this deeply technical position, you’ll work closely with your team to build reliable and scalable solutions to tough technical challenges. You’ll deliver great quality code and innovative solutions while growing your skills as both a technical contributor and leader through code reviews, pairing sessions, mentorship opportunities, and both learning and teaching skills to the team. We’re a relatively small team which means you will play a significant and impactful role in contributing to our most important tech systems, informing our culture, and establishing and maintaining the high technical bar we’ve established across our product.
